Finance Manager

Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager for one of our clients based in Swansea. Our client is a multi-disciplined construction contractor that works across Wales. Brief Job Spec: * Monitor the accounts team completing day-to-day financial operations within the company * Liaise with external accountants and advisors * Provide input on banking, investments, and other financial decision-making requirements * Assist with forecasting growth and a financial strategy to achieve the targets * Monitor, report and provide suggestions / requirements on working capital and gearing * Monitor and report on financial risk to company and identify recommendations to mitigate risk. * Set and Monitor KPI's and performance management targets * Cash management * Oversee cashflow for the company Salary Package * Competitive salary depending on experience. * Car package * Pension, and holiday entitlement If you are interested or available for this position, please contact Bradley Salt at Blue Water Recruitment
