Your role will be the key to the growth of this business, and you are someone who will make it your own. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership to ensure financial success as they continue with their plans to expand and diversify.
Our clients not just a manufacturer with over 80 years of history—they are a forward-thinking, innovative company committed to excellence and sustainability. From your Hillington base, you’ll continue to help them grow into a modern, thriving business that’s ready to expand further.
What You’ll Do:
* Take responsibility for statutory and management accounts
* Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and business planning
* Manage payroll, banking, and stock control
* Provide commercial input, including price and margin analysis
* Review contracts, terms, and conditions
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: You’ve got at least 5 years of experience in finance, ideally within a manufacturing environment. We’re open to less experience if you bring the right skills and attitude.
* Qualifications: Either professionally qualified or qualified by experience (QBE).
* Skills: Strong finance background with the ability to think strategically. We want someone who can bring fresh ideas and take full ownership of their role.
* Mindset: You see the bigger picture and are excited about making things happen. You’re a proactive, forward-thinker who thrives in a growing business.
