Head of Safety & Compliance

Are you an experienced Head of Service or Compliance Manager looking for your next career move? My client has an immediate opportunity for a Head of Safety & Compliance to join their Property Services Team on a Permanent basis. The successful applicant will deliver effective leadership, ensuring Health and Safety is managed and maintained across the organisation. Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance of the 'Big 6'. Managing and maintaining environmental standards and accreditations. * Provide support to directorship on health and safety, compliance, environmental and management of facilities across the organisation. * Provide effective leadership and operational management of the Facilities and Compliance team, including service delivery, recruitment, staff development and performance management. * Develop and demonstrate continuous improvement of Health, Safety and Environment management systems, produce robust policies, procedures and strategies, embracing legislative changes. * Contribute to corporate planning, risk management, internal and external audits and budget setting and management of expenditure. Requirements: * Relevant degree (e.g. Health and Safety NEBOSH diploma) or equivalent level gained through relevant training and /or work experience * Chartered Member of ISOH (CMISO) or willing to works towards * Full valid driving licence To apply, please attached a copy of your CV
