Architecture Governance and Compliance Process Manager

Architecture Compliance Associate | Leading Global Investment Bank | Bournemouth (Hybrid) | £400 per day PAYE
We're seeking a Process Manager/Business Analyst to join our Infrastructure Platforms team. This role focuses on managing architecture governance and compliance processes across technology platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage BAU activities for the Risk & Controls readiness program Track and maintain compliance documentation in Confluence and JIRA Run regular governance meetings and maintain accurate records Support technology development QA processes Handle information requests and ensure timely responses Produce status reports for senior leadership Required Skills: Experience in application, data, and infrastructure architecture governance Knowledge of architecture, design, and business processes Experience in process management including optimization Strong written and oral communication skills Project execution and program management experience Experience in risk, compliance and governance management Excellent attention to detail Desirable Skills: Good level of education or equivalent experience Experience in leading collaborative teams Knowledge of TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks Understanding of technology architecture and technical processes Strong written and spoken English The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
