Real Estate Investment Associate

Real Estate Investment Associate to join growing Pan Euro Real Estate investment house. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating and executing investment opportunities across a broad spread of sub-sectors and variety of jurisdictions.

Specialising in opportunistic acquisitions in Real Estate, Infra and other heavily asset-backed sectors, they have an extensive track record and a diverse, growing portfolio in the UK & Ireland.

Description

• Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
• Proactively originate new deals and broader relationships for future deal flow across Europe.
• Due diligence, financial analysis and modelling to support investment decisions.
• Deal execution, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on transactions.
• Prepare and present in-depth and formal proposals to IC.
• Support the investment team in negotiating, structuring, closing and funding deals.
• Monitor and report on all asset performance across the portfolio
• Conduct market research to inform investment strategy
• Be an active member in the on-going strategy for acquisitions and growth.

Profile

The successful Real Estate Investment Associate should have:

• Real Estate, RE Finance, Economics (or similar) Degree from a notable University
• Excellent financial analysis, excel modelling and attention to detail and an interest in the legal aspects of investment deal structuring.
• Highly motivated team player with good communication skills coupled with a strong desire to learn new skills as part of a dynamic team.
• Two to four years experience in Real Estate Funds, Investment Banking / Fund or other Asset-Backed investment houses.
• Significant interest in pursuing a career in asset-backed opportunities - Real Estate, Infra / Energy, asset-heavy operational businesses and/or financial assets
