As the Corporate Finance Director, you will build on the Partners success in delivering a diverse range of corporate finance projects of varying complexity and size. About Your New Role: Always: Client-facing, leading engagements across sectors Delivering projects such as Mergers & Acquisitions, capital investment and valuations. Often: Developing financial models and advising on systems and processes Supporting additional projects such as restructuring, fundraising, and due diligence Occasionally: Mentoring and developing the corporate finance team Identifying new business opportunities and participating in bids and tenders Never: Feeling stagnant or uninspired Getting enclosed in a cage with a gorilla Interested?
