Job Requirements / Description
Interim Financial Controller/ Senior Finance Business Partner required imminently for a 'well known, established' Manufacturing business based in the Bristol region.
Directly reporting into the Finance Director, this role will be responsible for:
- Financial Reporting and ownership of the monthly management accounts, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and statutory accounts, providing comprehensive explanations for variances against budget.
- Providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis, highlighting opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation.
- Working with the Budget Holders and Development managers, monitoring income, revenue costs, and expenditure against budgets and forecasts. Identify areas of concern/opportunity and provide proactive support.
- Financial Analysis: Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, preparing regular management reports and presentations to communicate financial performance and variance analysis.

To be successful for this interim role, you will be a Professional contractor with experience working within a similar role. Experience working within the Food Manufacturing industry would be advanegous, but Manufacturing experience is a must.
