Job Title: SAAS Sales Individual - Into the office of Finance Location: London, UK Salary: £100,000 base, £200,000 OTE + Car Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fintech Sales Individual to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically selling into the office of finance. This role offers a competitive base salary with the potential to double your earnings through on-target earnings (OTE). Key Responsibilities: * Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for the SAAS solutions. * Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions. * Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent and accurate forecasting. * Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT managers, and business users. * Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications: * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience selling into the office of finance and at enterprise level. This is a new business role. * Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively. * Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of SAAS sales and its applications within various industries. * Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
