Job Overview: We are seeking a Dental Compliance Manager to oversee and manage compliance across our practices in South West England. The ideal candidate will ensure that our operations adhere to the latest regulatory requirements and best practices, fostering a culture of excellence within our teams. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage compliance programs to ensure alignment with UK dental regulations, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC). * Conduct routine audits to identify and resolve compliance gaps across practices. * Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement policies that meet regulatory and industry standards. * Train and support dental teams on compliance matters, ensuring awareness and proper application of guidelines. * Monitor and respond to updates in dental regulations and communicate changes to all relevant stakeholders. * Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure smooth compliance processes and timely responses to inquiries. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance standards across all practices. Qualifications & Skills Required: * Proven experience in dental compliance management. * Comprehensive understanding of UK dental regulations and industry standards. * CQC registration and knowledge of inspection processes. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with internal teams and external regulatory bodies. * Attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. * Relevant certifications in compliance or healthcare regulation are preferred. * Willingness to travel between practices when required.
