Finance Director Construction

Leading Commercial & Mixed-use Property Developer with a turnover in excess of£500m p.a, is looking to appoint an experienced Development Finance Director. The ideal candidate: Will be a Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA. Experience of working in the BTR, PBSA or Main Contracting sectors. Experience of working with lenders to secure funding. Able to review land appraisal bids. Previous staff management experience. Experience of scaling up a new business would be ideal. Excellent communication skills.
