Buy to Let Mortgage Broker Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + OTE Location: Liverpool Street Hybrid As a Mortgage Adviser with my client, you will benefit from a steady stream of leads, although you can also self-generate leads to aid in your professional development. This role offers a bonus scheme to reward your hard work and achievements. Your focus will be on BTL, term loans, and occasionally regulated mortgage contracts for first charge mortgages. It’s essential to have strong experience in identifying and managing specialist finance opportunities, including complex cases in buy-to-let, HMOs, and serviced accommodation financing options. Responsibilities: * Conduct indepth fact-finding sessions with clients to understand their mortgage needs and financial positions. * Assess clients' financial information to determine eligibility and provide professional, tailored mortgage advice. * Document and rationalize product recommendations. * Collaborate with thirdparty lenders and internal Case Managers to ensure the timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications. * Work with internal Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence and ongoing development. * Stay informed about industry regulations and changes in mortgage products. * Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and industry professionals. Requirements: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Comprehensive understanding of the mortgage market and regulatory environment. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Successful candidates will: * Be based in or around London. * Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in BTL and residential mortgages. * Value selfdevelopment and growth. * Be CeMAP qualified or higher. * Be willing to travel nationally for property meetings. * Have a proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
