As a Case Manager / Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting clients' mortgage journey, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of their applications. I'm looking for a confident, driven individual to join my client as a Case Manager / Administrator, with potential to progress within the company. What will you be doing as a Case Manager / Administrator? Administer mortgage and supporting scheme applications to a high standard. Produce mortgage offers in good time in line with company standards and new build reservations requirements. Offer excellent customer service to the customers and business partners; providing regular undates. Assisting solicitors and other third parties where necessary to ensure completion.We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Strong communicator Good computer Skills Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload. Customer service experience at any level. A confident, driven individual.Desirable: Experience working within a mortgage brokerage. Knowledge of house buying process.
