Role: Accounts Receivable Assistant Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 17:00pm Salary: £23,400 per annum Location: Hardwicke, GL2 4PH – (Hybrid – Minimum 2 days in the office) At Gardiner Bros, we believe how we treat people matters. We are looking for a friendly, confident individual to join our finance team as an Accounts Receivable Assistant. As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, your main responsibilities will include: Monitoring the accounts inbox, dealing with all enquiries via email or phone. Resolving customer queries, raising POD's, copy documents and credits. Maintaining accurate customer records and recording all communication. Creating reports to monitor unallocated cash and held orders. Processing customer card payments Monitoring the accounts inbox and releasing orders as needed. Invoicing, crediting and assisting with sales ledger accounts In addition, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate: Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers. Proficiency in verbal and written English. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite. Team player mentality and collaborative spirit. The ability to handle challenging conversations with composure.
