An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team, working Monday Thursday 8.15am-5.00pm and Friday 8.15am 1.15pm Whats on Offer? Up to £26,000 salary 25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata) Contributory Pension Factory close-down at Xmas Life and accident insurance Mental health support Annual salary review Occupational sick pay scheme Performance based bonus scheme Free car parking Annual event Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk: Reconciling statements to the Finance System Completion of weekly sensitive accounts statements Ensure invoices are processed accurately & in a timely manner Ensure any overdue accounts are actioned Entering invoices onto the purchase ledger Payment preparation Managing monthly accruals and sundry creditors Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced accounts payable role Able to work both as part of a team and autonomously Detailed understanding of accounts payable processes and controls A detailed accounts of accounts payable processes and controls Excellent standard of excel Sage 200 experience Whats Next?
