The Compliance Manager will be going on maternity leave this December or early January, so an opportunity has arisen to join just before she goes and then continue for 12 months. Probably start date could be in early to mid December. The Role Assist with the FCA Filings Maintain and update Compliance manual Initial and Ongoing KYC Compliance Monitoring and Testing Preparation for Audits Organising staff (including new joiners) training for compliance Day to day running of the compliance department The Candidate At least 8 years UK Generalist Compliance experience in a Buy Side firm (Alternatives, PE, Credit, Hedge Fund, Investment Management). This is essential. A legal qualification is a huge bonus Have the right attitude to work Be able to read the room This role is 4 days working in the office and 1 working from home.
