Loans Agency Sales Officer

You will work closely with the Loan Agency, Structured Products, and M&A administration teams, gaining valuable experience before progressing to a full-time sales position where you will then be rewarded by commission. Key Responsibilities As you develop in the role, you will: Build a deep understanding of the bank's Global Capital Markets products and services. Conduct needs analysis for clients and prospects, identifying viable solutions. Develop and maintain a prospect list to generate new business opportunities. Foster relationships with clients, influencers, and prospects to expand the client base. Stay up-to-date with market trends, identifying opportunities for new products as needed. Shadow experienced sales personnel to gain insights into the GCM sales process. Log all sales activities using the banks contact management system. Adhere to the bank's risk management and regulatory standards, escalating any concerns. Promote an inclusive work environment that reflects the banks core values. Skills and Experience Required Exposure to Capital Markets transactions, such as Loan Agency, Structured Finance, or M&A trustee services. A proven desire to move from Ops / MO into an front office sales role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to conduct needs analysis and understand client requirements.
