Artemis Human Capital is proud to be working exclusively with this leading NI business to help them add to their growing Accounts Payable function. This role is Belfast based, HYBRID with opportunities for flexible, remote working and free car parking on site for office days. The role: Managing a number of key supplier accounts, including reconciliations, you will be the first point of contact in relation to queries generated by the business or suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, queries are resolved promptly and invoices paid to terms.. This includes : Ability to deal with any P2P query that arises To work closely with internal teams, employees and suppliers to ensure the queried items are actioned, authorised and resolved quickly and accurately Utilise Excel pivot tables to analyse financial data and provide actions for query resolution Ensure all adequate controls are maintained around the payment process, including intercompany To ensure the smooth running of purchase to pay month end close off Statement reconciliations The person 2+ years current experience in a fast paced AP setting Strong communication skills and ability to build good relationships Ability to work accurately to deadline Strong IT and systems literacy, confident user of MS excel Next steps: For more information, contact Associate Director, Nicola McCallum or send your cv now to apply.
