Key Responsibilities: Accounts Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely and efficient collection of outstanding balances. Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any billing queries and ensuring effective communication. Debt Recovery: Proactively chase overdue payments via phone, email, and written correspondence, following up as necessary. Credit Checks: Conduct credit checks on new clients and review existing clients’ credit limits. Reporting: Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting aged debts and potential risks. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to streamline the credit control process.
