Your role will be the key to the growth of this business, and you are someone who will make it your own. On a day-to-day basis, you ll work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership to ensure financial success as they continue with their plans to expand and diversify.

What You ll Do:
- Take responsibility for statutory and management accounts
- Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and business planning
- Manage payroll, banking, and stock control
- Provide commercial input, including price and margin analysis
- Review contracts, terms, and conditions
What We re Looking For:
- Experience: You ve got at least 5 years of experience in finance, ideally within a manufacturing environment. We re open to less experience if you bring the right skills and attitude.
- Qualifications: Either professionally qualified or qualified by experience (QBE).
- Skills: Strong finance background with the ability to think strategically. We want someone who can bring fresh ideas and take full ownership of their role.
- Mindset: You see the bigger picture and are excited about making things happen. You re a proactive, forward-thinker who thrives in a growing business.
