Job Requirements / Description
We are delighted to be supporting a London based housing association with their recruitment of a Head of Planned Programme and Compliance. What will you do in the role? * Manage asset data and prepare planned programmes and budgets * Manage the planned partnering contracts and ensure that the contractors deliver an efficient planned maintenance service * Manage all areas of compliance ensuring the organisation meets its statutory obligations * Manage all disrepair claims Who would excel in this role? Ideally, someone who has: * Relevant professional qualification – degree level or chartered status in relevant discipline covering building or construction e.g. MRICS; MCIOB or equivalent or extensive industry experience * Knowledge and understanding of the social housing environment and associated regulatory, statutory and legislative requirements in relation to building compliance * Excellent knowledge of planned and cyclical programmes and attendant legislation * Knowledge of good practice in all areas of contract management and contract law * Knowledge of procurement regulations and options available for efficient procurement * Knowledge of framework management procedures * Ability to interpret data to provide trend analysis * Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills * Strong negotiation and influencing skills * Proven experience of successfully developing and delivering a planned programme and compliance * Demonstrable experience of cost management and benchmarking * Experience of planned maintenance and/or major repairs To find out more about this role, and for a full job description, please contact Zara Kelly on (phone number removed) This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Greenacre Recruitment Ltd who are operating as a recruitment agency and business.
