As a Credit Controller based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of existing and new customers with the purpose of controlling, reducing and maintaining debt risk.
Ensuring systems are updated with calls, payment promise and query information to maintain accurate account history.
Building strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Admin experience is essential and previous Credit Control experience with a proven track record in debt reduction and account management is desirable
Ability to work with large volumes in a fast-paced environment, ideally experience of query resolution
Proactive and methodical approach, tenacious nature
Confident, ability to problem solve and challenge where necessary
