Senior Compliance Consultant GI

Our client is a successful and established Financial Services and General Insurance co and they are looking for a Senior Compliance Consultant Your leadership will be instrumental in managing and coaching the General Insurance section of the Compliance Consultancy team to interpret and communicate regulatory changes and best practice. You will deal with all aspects of the General Insurance Compliance ensuring all FCA guidelines are adhered to You’ll also manage short-term projects and activities to meet specified standards and outcomes. This is a Hybrid role allowing you to work up to 4 days from home The successful candidate * You’ll have a detailed understanding of risk and compliance management, with demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to manage an engaged, proactive team of risk professionals. * A strong relationship builder, * Able to work with key stakeholder * Base to £80,000 DOE * Annual bonus * pension scheme, plus generous holiday entitlement and benefits package We will consider anyone suitable within the Midlands region
