The Role: As the successful Finance Manager you will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for the following:; Monthly management accounts & reporting packs; Statutory accounts & year-end audit; Budgeting and forecasting processes; KPI reporting; Continuous improvement of financial controls; Other duties as outlined in the full job description. The Person: The successful Finance Manager will meet the following criteria: Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by Experience; Strong management accounts experience; Strong IT skills; Strong communication skills.
