This position will be based within the company’s Chelmsford office. Our client is a rapidly growing business and are looking for someone who is self-motivated, with a desire to work hard. The Company work in partnership with an appointed representative network, using an online platform which supports with client document management. They have a unique Lead source from a highly successful Estate Agency business offering regular and high converting leads. This is a great opportunity for the right person. Preferably you will have at least 18 months experience advising and be CeMAP qualified or hold a Cert II qualification or equivalent. The role: • Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs and financial situations • Provide guidance and advice on mortgage options, terms, and conditions • Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation • Evaluate client creditworthiness and determine loan eligibility • Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth loan processing • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and best practices • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyse complex financial information and make sound recommendations • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills • Proficient in using mortgage software systems If you are a motivated individual with a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams, we would love to hear from you.
