Interim ERP Finance Product Manager

Utilities Warwickshire - Hybrid c. £800 per day The Company Our client is an innovative and forward-thinking organisation, committed to transforming how businesses operate who are now looking for an interim ERP Finance Product Manager to lead the implementation of a new ERP system from design to delivery across the full product lifecycle. The Role As the ERP Finance Product Manager, you will lead the development and launch of innovative products and services to ensure continuity of finance within the new ERP system. You will guide a squad within a cross-functional product team, aligning efforts with the broader product vision and promoting agile practices. By working closely with engineering, you will ensure the product vision is achievable while acting as the customer advocate to deliver valuable solutions. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be key to driving successful product releases in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Person Proven experience as a Product Manager working with multiple ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) You must have a background in implementation of finance within an ERP system ideally being a qualified accountant to ensure you understand how the new product needs to operate Strong understanding of ERP implementation, customisation, and optimisation Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and actionable plans Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure successHow to Apply If you are passionate about ERP systems relating to finance and ready to take ownership of product innovation, we want to hear from you!
