Company Secretary | Committees | Financial Services | BELFAST | HYBRID 3 days in the office per week | £480/day Inside IR35 | 12 Month Contract Our Investment Banking client is seeking a talented and experienced Company Secretary to join their Belfast office to assist in the smooth running of the team while also carrying out a range of governance related work in supporting regulated and unregulated legal entities. In this role you will: Support arranging Governance Committee meetings Company Secretary administrative duties Assist Committee CoordinatorsYour essential background and experience will include: 6 - 8 years minimum experience as a Company Secretary in Financial Services or a corporate regulated environment Previous Company Secretarial experience servicing committees or boards is essential.
