I have an exciting position for Corporate Tax Manager | Corporate Tax Assistant Manager
to join an accountancy practice based in Bristol.
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000.00 - £50,000.00
Contract: Permanent
This is a chartered accountancy company that offers a range of services, who assists clients both personal and business with tax advice, including personal tax and planning, corporate tax, tax relief, VAT, tax Investigations and Audits.
You’ll be joining the Business tax department working across a wide range of sectors providing tax compliance and advisory services. You will work across various specialisms supporting the Associate and Director in delivering compliance projects.
You must be experienced and up to date with relevant tax matters and able to accurately interpret and apply current tax legislation
Responsibilities:
* Scoping and pricing new projects
* Preparation of corporation tax computations of larger group company clients
* Review single entity computations as prepared by the account staff
* Manage clients corporate tax compliance and tax accounting cycles
* Liaise and work closely with accounts and audit colleagues
* Prepare fees and monitor project budgets
* Draft ad-hoc tax advice
* Prepare ATED returns
To be considered for this role you are required to have 1-3 years post qualification experience in a tax environment.
Qualifications desired are CTA and/or ACA/ACCA or willing to work towards the CTA.
